# Product Test Engineer # (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Rapperswil-Jona Start date: asap Reference number: 886949/1 ### Responsibilities ### * Responsible for developing, executing and documenting automated verification and product tests (improve test efficiency, scalability) to ensure compliance with product requirements, quality standards and customer expectations ### Profile ### * Successfully completed studies in the field of Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics) * Solid experience in requirements-based product testing, verification, validation, or quality engineering / Experience with modern SW development and verification processes and supporting tools * Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and executing automated HIL test sequences using Python / Robot Framework OR Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and executing automated HIL test sequences and test frameworks using LabVIEW * Experience executing automated verification campaigns and analyzing test results * Experience in performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting HW and SW related product issues and performing structured data analysis * Experience maintaining and improving automated test frameworks and test environments * Experience in working in cross-functional teams together with Product Engineering, SW Development, HW Development and Verification * Solid experience in LabVIEW, Jira, Confluence OR Python, Robot Framework and Git * Knowledge of REST and embedded communication protocols (e.g. I2C, Modbus, BACnet) * ISTQB Foundation Level an advantage * Very good english language skills, german language skills are an advantage ### Benefits ### * Hays helps you gain a foothold in innovative companies * Fascinating, innovative environment in an international atmosphere
