As a Project Manager Product Improvement, you will play a key role in ensuring our products remain safe, compliant, available, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle.
**Your tasks**
* Lead and coordinate product improvement and product change projects for our existing products
* Manage product changes in accordance with change control, regulatory, and quality requirements
* Assess the impact of supplier changes, product issues, and improvement opportunities
* Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Finance
* Support the continuous improvement of post-launch engineering, product change, and sustaining engineering processes
* Track project progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of improvement initiatives
**Your profile**
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field)
* Experience working on complex engineering, product development, manufacturing, or product lifecycle projects (preferably in medical devices, healthcare technology, consumer electronics, or other regulated industries)
* Ability to drive multiple projects forward in a cross-functional environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluent English and outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
