01Support ongoing Retail Operations initiatives and development of tools/solutions for our retail boutique teams.
02You participate in the implementation of retail initiatives as part of our retail digital transformation.
03You support project managers on various projects to ensure successful deployments.
04You also support the maintenance and enhancement of our digital retail tools and perform user tests on new features.
05You facilitate other departments comprehension on retail digital tools, train other departments on retail portal content creation.
06Create and promote operational excellence in boutiques while embracing our Maison’s value of no compromise.
07You support the continuous improvement of our retail processes and procedures and bring new ideas to the table.
08You ensure our boutiques have access to the right tools and content to operate smoothly and efficiently.
09Support local teams across the world in their Retail Operations projects.
10You collaborate closely with our Retail Operations community to provide relevant support in the implementation of projects and boutique tools, able to handle change management.
