What You’ll Do: Lead and coordinate product launch activities across various departments to meet business objectives. Organize Product Launch Readiness according to Go-to-Market strategies. Ensure alignment between Commercial Business case and Supply Strategy for Launch Endorsement. Develop and execute global and market-specific launch supply strategies, including manufacturing readiness and packaging. Evaluate and implement non-standard supply solutions, assessing feasibility and impacts. Ensure launch supply strategies support initial market entry and sustainable lifecycle supply. Synthesize complex launch scenarios into concise insights for leadership decisions. Proactively identify launch risks across multiple domains and develop mitigation plans. Contribute to the refinement of launch standards, tools, and best practices within Product Lifecycle Management. Capture lessons learned from launches and translate them into improved processes. Develop supply plans for pre-approval patient access and managed access programs. Coordinate end-of-lifecycle product activities and support transitions while documenting lessons learned.
