### Tasks ###

• Independently managing and supervising a service station under the guidance of the restaurant manager or their deputy
• Personal service and advice to guests
• Recommending, presenting and selling the current drinks and food offerings "Your sales talent"
• Various mise en place tasks
• Collection and billing with own cash register (change is provided)
• Implementation of the prescribed workflows in the respective shifts (morning, midday, evening)
• Compliance with internal service and quality standards, hygiene regulations according to HACCP as well as safety regulations
