Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** * Lead Microsoft-s executive relationship with Adecco, aligning technology investments to the company-s business transformation and future-of-work strategy. * Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy that accelerates growth through AI, data, cloud, security, and workforce transformation initiatives. * Drive C-level conversations on industry disruption, helping Adecco reimagine its business model through agentic innovation, intelligent platforms, and AI-powered workforce solutions. * Orchestrate Microsoft-s extended team and partner ecosystem to deliver measurable business outcomes, customer success, and long-term strategic value. * Identify, create, and close transformational opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to Adecco-s top business and technology leaders. **Qualifications** Minimum/ Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's Degree AND significant experience leading strategic enterprise accounts, business transformation programs, or large-scale customer engagements OR equivalent experience * Experience in translating business strategy into technology and transformation roadmaps AND proven success in engaging and influencing top level executives and decision-makers. * Extensive experience in closing complex, multi-million-dollar business opportunities and long-term partnerships. Strategic Account Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Switzerland is CHF 231,600.00 - CHF 470,000.00 per year.
