What you will do: Coordinate end-to-end material and shipment activities, ensuring customer-supplied materials, drug substance, and finished products are available, received, released, and delivered on time to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Manage demand planning and SAP master data, maintaining independent demand, material records, purchase orders, and shipment-related transactions to enable accurate planning and seamless supply chain execution. Partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders including Logistics, QA, QC, Production Planning, and Supply Chain teams to align material availability, shipping schedules, quality releases, and customer requirements. Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, tracking delivery performance, coordinating goods receipt and storage readiness, confirming shipment milestones, and ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on schedule. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing supply chain processes, supporting shipping agreements, coordinating material disposition activities, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
