02Design and implement dashboards for effective reporting.
03Global coordination of relevant Quality – related activities between global functions and legal entities.
04Design and implement mental health campaigns to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of group employees.
05Address Client Quality requirements by identifying process controls and mobilizing the organization to enhance customer satisfaction.
06Improve Supplier quality by identifying and encouraging enhancements.
07Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities in processes, products, projects, and production.
08Support and actively join the R&D gate review process.
09Study and document processes, identifying opportunities to automate or eliminate steps for improved turnaround time.
10Document improvement action plans for processes, products, projects, and production.
11Lead project review meetings to evaluate progress and ensure alignment with goals.
12Establish Quality Assurance Plans for both existing and new projects and products.
13Coordinate with internal teams to drive quality-related actions.
14Ensure Root Cause Analysis of errors are conducted and action plans prepared.
15Support, facilitation, training of involved employees on product quality topics and customer quality issues resolution.
16Implement, maintain, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards at Burckhardt Compression in Switzerland (BCAG) and other assigned legal entities.
17Safeguard assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
18Organize and conduct internal and external audits at BC to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
19Manage Quality function and provide functional leadership within a divisional and regional matrix.
