What you will do: Lead the design of GCC Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement processes, ensuring alignment with global procurement standards, policies, and ERP templates. Define future-state operating models and foster collaboration between Procurement, GBSO, ERP teams, business stakeholders, and governance bodies. Drive procurement design workshops and ensure procurement requirements are embedded in cross-functional decisions and transformation initiatives. Review, validate, and govern procurement process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and AI-generated outputs to ensure quality and operational readiness. Support transition and service readiness by ensuring effective controls, hand-offs, training materials, and Day-1 operational capability. Establish and monitor service performance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Identify and champion automation, digital enablement, and standardized best practices to deliver scalable and efficient procurement operations.
