As a Local Hosting Service Owner (m/f/d), you are responsible for the reliable, secure, and cost-efficient delivery of local hosting and infrastructure services across Accelleron’s locations in Switzerland. You take end-to-end ownership of on-premises hosting environments, including servers, virtualization, storage, dedicated High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments, and local data center infrastructure, ensuring stable operations, continuous improvement, service quality, and alignment with business needs. Acting as the key interface between factory IT, global Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams, service providers, and external partners, you ensure local requirements, enterprise standards, security policies, and strategic technology initiatives are effectively aligned and implemented. You manage changes, risks, compliance, service performance, resilience, and operational excellence through effective governance and stakeholder collaboration. The role combines operational service ownership (RUN) with active contribution to infrastructure projects and modernization initiatives (BUILD), supporting factory growth, engineering and simulation environments, business continuity, lifecycle management, and long-term infrastructure strategy from solution design through operational handover.
