↳You hold a degree (BA, MS, MBA) in a technical, business, or supply chain field or possess relevant experience; certifications like APICS, SCOR, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean training are a plus.
↳You have a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain management, including warehouse and transportation management, logistics, and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
↳You bring relevant GXP experience.
↳You possess excellent knowledge of clinical supply chain distribution processes, Supplier Relationship management incl. negotiations & industry best practices, and the tools and systems needed to enable operational excellence.
↳You act as an architect and catalyst in the distribution organization, taking smart risks and streamlining or stopping non-value-adding work.
↳You bring excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and convey key messages effectively to senior leadership.
↳You have (min. 6 years) 10+ years of operational experience in supply chain, distribution, planning, and/or manufacturing, with significant expertise in clinical supply chain (distribution) management.
