01Design and develop specialized tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment for turbine and generator rotor manufacturing
02Define and optimize machining strategies, tooling concepts, and measurement approaches in close collaboration with production and engineering teams
03Manage procurement activities end-to-end — from supplier quotes and cost comparisons to technical drawing reviews
04Ensure the on-time availability of all required production resources, whether manufactured internally or sourced externally
05Monitor tool performance, consumption, and costs, driving corrective actions and continuous design improvements
06Maintain TDM (Tool Data Management) tool lists and related master data in SAP
Anforderungen
↳Technical qualification in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering — a Swiss Higher Technical School (Höhere Fachschule, HF) diploma or equivalent is ideal
↳Proven experience in the design of production tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment
↳Solid knowledge of machining processes, tooling concepts, and measurement strategies
↳Proficiency in SAP and TDM or a comparable tool data management system
↳Fluent German and good English, written and spoken
