↳Applying scientific knowledge to translate research and technology into practical solutions for implementation in agricultural value chains.
↳Using end-to-end research project management to connect regenerative agriculture with business value.
↳Collaborating effectively across research, business, operations, market, and external partner networks to build alignment and trust.
↳Communicating fluently in English and Spanish (ideally); working proficiency in French.
↳Bringing creative thinking, bold hypotheses, and creative solutions combined with a respectful, positive mindset.
