Your Mission : You drive and execute the procurement strategy for Indirect Procurement and CAPEX, creating sustainable commercial value across the organisation. You lead strategic sourcing and complex commercial negotiations across indirect spend categories, driving cost optimisation, supplier consolidation and strong commercial standards. You lead the commercial side of CAPEX investments, from tendering and supplier or contractor selection to negotiation and contracting, in close collaboration with Engineering and Operations. You apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles to CAPEX decisions, considering acquisition, installation, commissioning, maintenance, service, energy consumption and lifecycle costs. You drive Procurement Excellence & Governance by continuously improving our Procure-to-Pay framework, procurement policies, contract management, Purchasing Terms & Conditions, supplier governance and ERP master data. You optimise and automate procurement processes while increasing spend transparency across indirect and CAPEX categories. You partner with stakeholders across Planted and represent Procurement in cross-functional projects related to indirect spend and CAPEX investments.
