Description
As an AP Accountant 100%, your responsibilities will include:
Processing and accurately recording supplier invoices;
Managing and monitoring supplier payments;
Performing bank reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies;
Preparing financial reports for the Accounting & Finance department;
Supporting internal and external audits by providing the required documentation;
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or disputes;
Maintaining organized records in compliance with Swiss accounting standards and IFRS;
Act as a SAP expert for the implementation;
Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Exigences
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting principles
Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA
Fluent in English, with good written and spoken French B2 skills
Ability to work in an international environment and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
