### Your tasks ###
Provide technical application support to customers for machine programming, process optimization, technology fine-tuning and machine performance improvement.
Deliver basic and advanced customer trainings on CNC / EDM applications, both at customer sites and company locations.
Perform test cuts, machine demonstrations and machine acceptance tests, both at company site and customer site.
Support Sales teams with feasibility studies, product selection, customer presentations, events and trade fairs.
Reproduce, analyze and report application issues, creating technical tickets and cooperating with internal teams to define effective solutions.
Responsabilités
Provide technical application support to customers for machine programming, process optimization, technology fine-tuning and machine performance improvement.

Exigences
Technical background in mechanics, electronics, automation or a related industrial field.
Experience with CNC machines, machining processes, high-precision mechanics or industrial applications.
Knowledge of EDM technologies, such as Wire EDM or Die-Sinking EDM, is considered a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of metrology, measuring equipment and CAD/CAM software.
Availability to travel from Monday to Friday for approximately 60% of working time.
Strong problem-solving skills, customer orientation and good communication skills.
