Deine Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für die Planung und Koordination der Ausbildungen in unserer Organisation
Weiterentwicklung unseres Bildungsangebots: Wir wollen mit deiner Unterstützung zukünftig auch Pflegefachpersonen HF ausbilden
Sicherstellung der Ausbildungsqualität in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Berufsbildner*innen und dem Team
Unterstützung der Lernenden und künftigen Studierenden in ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung
Organisation und Durchführung von internen Schulungen und Fortbildungen für Lernende und Berufsbildnerinnen
Zusammenarbeit mit externen Ausbildungsinstitutionen und Ansprechpartner*innen

Das Pensum kann druch die zusätzliche Tätigkeit als Berufsbildner*in bis auf 100% erhöht werden

Responsabilités

Responsibility for the planning and coordination of training in our organization
Further development of our educational offerings: We want to train nursing specialists HF in the future with your support
Ensuring the quality of training in close collaboration with the trainers and the team
Supporting learners and future students in their professional development
Organizing and conducting internal training and further education for learners and trainers
Collaboration with external training institutions and contacts

Exigences

Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF or FH
Vocational pedagogical qualification equivalent to 600 learning hours (e.g. trainer with federal certificate) or SVEB certificate level 1 with the willingness to acquire the federal certificate
Several years of experience in training learners and students, as well as a strong interest in promoting the professional development of young people
Knowledge of current training opportunities and content in nursing professions
Enjoyment of working with young people and young adults as well as a motivating and empathetic personality
Strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a team
Flexibility and resilience as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
Knowledge in handling electronic media
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
