You will be part of the Service Operations – Client Lifecycle Management and Client Relationship Management (CLM/CRM) Team, which is responsible for ensuring stable platform operations and the continuous improvement of our Avaloq software and products for our clients. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key link between our clients, service teams, and development organizations. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, investigating and resolving production incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation and availability of business-critical applications. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality solutions that address business needs and enhance the overall client experience. In this role, you will collaborate with Software Engineers, Service Managers, Product teams, Project Delivery teams, and Client Management to identify root causes, resolve incidents, and drive continuous service improvements. You will contribute throughout the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
