Description

Coordination with design, prototype workshop, and project management regarding requirements and timelines
Coordination of internal capacity, machine utilization, and scheduling with internal production
Execution of make-or-buy decisions
Ensuring external supply needs are met through existing suppliers
Negotiation and procurement of prototype parts from external suppliers
Order processing, schedule tracking, and escalation in case of bottlenecks
Alignment of quality requirements with involved departments
Coordination with goods receiving, quality control, and accounting
Coordination of rework for externally manufactured parts

Responsabilités

Koordination mit Design, Prototypenwerkstatt und Projektmanagement bezüglich Anforderungen und Zeitplänen
Koordination der internen Kapazität, Maschinenutzung und Terminplanung mit der internen Produktion
Durchführung von Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen
Sicherstellung der externen Versorgungsbedarfe durch bestehende Lieferanten
Verhandlung und Beschaffung von Prototypenteilen von externen Lieferanten
Auftragsbearbeitung, Terminverfolgung und Eskalation bei Engpässen
Abstimmung der Qualitätsanforderungen mit den beteiligten Abteilungen
Koordination mit Wareneingang, Qualitätskontrolle und Buchhaltung
Koordination von Nacharbeiten für extern gefertigte Teile

Exigences

Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionsmanagement, Technische Betriebswirtschaft oder Maschinenbau mit Fertigungsschwerpunkt
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf, technischen Beschaffung oder Produktionsplanung in einem industriellen Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse der Make-or-Buy-Prozesse, Lieferantenkommunikation und Terminplanung
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle)
Technisches Verständnis von Zeichnungen, Fertigungsprozessen und Verfahren
Kenntnisse in additiven Fertigungsverfahren sind von Vorteil
Sichere Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und starkes Organisationstalent in funktionsübergreifenden Rollen
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in der Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf und Design
Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch

The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK.
