Description

Lead Onboard Casino Technical teams, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of service, and maximising revenue generation. As a Casino Slot and Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring slot machine performance, analysing gaming data, and implementing strategies to enhance player satisfaction and profitability. Your role will involve regular inspections and maintenance scheduling to ensure all slot machines are functioning correctly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering new equipment, and coordinating installations and upgrades. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively adapting operations to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.

Responsabilités

- Oversee all technical projects and actively participate in their implementation.
- Maintain an excellent line of communication with the shore and ship technical department to ensure all casino projects are deployed according to schedule and comply to the company-s technical and safety standards.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and revenue analysis.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise resource allocation.
- Support and guide onboard Casino management team on each vessel through constant communication and regular ship operational visits.
- Discuss any areas of concern specific to the Operation and brand specific product, and similarly address points of commendation.
- Provide accurate and objective assessment of onboard Casino operations and personnel.
- Revenue analysis, identifying trends with the ability to create structured solutions to increase or enhance revenue streams.
- Explore new ways of increasing existing revenue and /or improving current working practices, whilst at the same time maintaining a high technical and security standard onboard our ships.
- Isolate areas falling below standard with members of the Casino Shipboard management team.
- Training of all management teams in Slot Revenue, Security and Surveillance.
- Confirm that security measures meet minimum requirements.
- Provide troubleshooting support and advice via email to shipboard technical teams.
- Assess, evaluate and review data for organizing projects and/or providing directions on activities, tasks or processes in accordance with company guidelines.

Exigences

- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analysing gaming data and financial reports.
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources.
