* With your expertise and comprehensive knowledge of our food and wine menus, you ensure that our guests are consistently delighted and well cared for.
* Even during the busiest service periods, you remain calm and composed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all times.
* Close collaboration with our kitchen brigade comes naturally to you, allowing you to contribute to a seamless and outstanding overall dining experience for our guests.
* You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in beautifully presented tables and the impeccable presentation of every dish.
* Guest satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do, and you go above and beyond to exceed expectations and create unforgettable moments for our guests.
**What you bring to the job**
* Completed vocational training in restaurant service or relevant professional experience.
* Strong industry knowledge and proven experience in a five-star hotel environment or fine dining establishment.
* Excellent command of Italian and English; German and additional languages are an advantage.
* Able to work independently and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a natural talent for sales and guest engagement.
* Highly committed, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile.
* Professional manners and a well-groomed appearance.

**Our offer**
* Fixed-term seasonal position from December 2026 until the end of March 2027. Opportunity to return for future seasons.
* Average 5-day working week with 43.5 hours per week.
* 5 weeks of annual leave and 6 public holidays per year.
* 13th salary from the start of employment (pro rata).
