#### Descrizione del lavoro: ##### Our organization is launching a strategic initiative to migrate its data infrastructure from an on-premise Oracle Database environment to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The project involves consolidating legacy data warehouses, re-architecting ETL/ELT pipelines, and adopting cloud-native services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow. The selected Data Analyst will be a key contributor across every phase of the migration lifecycle: from as-is data analysis of source systems, through post-migration validation, to supporting business teams in their transition to new cloud-based analytics tools
01Inventory and document Oracle source data (schemas, tables, stored procedures, views)
02Perform data profiling to identify anomalies, duplicates, and inconsistencies
03Define logical data mappings from Oracle to BigQuery for each data domain
04Collaborate with data engineers on the definition of transformation rules
05Design and implement data reconciliation tests for pre- and post-migration phases
06Develop SQL / BigQuery SQL queries to compare source and target datasets
07Produce data quality reports covering completeness, accuracy, and consistency metrics
08Log and track data anomalies using issue-tracking tools
09Actively participate in sprint planning and stand-ups with technical and business teams
10Support the migration of legacy reports into GCP-native tools (Looker, Looker Studio)
11Contribute to the definition of data governance standards and cloud best practices
12Document data transformation processes for knowledge transfer purposes
