Ihre Aufgaben

Sie arbeiten an einem SNF-geförderten Forschungsprojekt zu frühkindlichem Stress, Trauma, Resilienz, psychischer Gesundheit und Alterungsverläufen mit.

Sie übernehmen zentrale quantitative Projektanteile, insbesondere in der longitudinalen Follow-up-Studie mit älteren Überlebenden fürsorgerischer Zwangsmassnahmen und Fremdplatzierungen sowie altersgematchten Kontrollpersonen.

Sie wirken an der quantitativen Untersuchung der zweiten Generation zur intergenerationellen Weitergabe von Trauma, Vulnerabilität und Resilienz mit.

Sie bereiten Datenerhebungen mit älteren Studienteilnehmenden in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz vor, organisieren diese und führen sie durch.

Sie führen klinisch-psychologische Interviews, psychometrische Erhebungen und weitere projektspezifische Assessments durch.

Sie wirken bei biopsychologischen Erhebungen zu Stress und Resilienz mit.

Sie analysieren quantitative Daten mit R, SPSS oder vergleichbarer Software; je nach Profil auch mit longitudinalen Verfahren, Strukturgleichungsmodellen, Netzwerkanalysen oder weiteren fortgeschrittenen statistischen Verfahren.

Sie recherchieren Literatur zu frühkindlichem Stress und Trauma, Klinischer Gerontopsychologie, Resilienz, psychischer Gesundheit im Alter sowie intergenerationeller Transmission.

Sie verfassen wissenschaftliche Publikationen im Rahmen einer kumulativen Dissertation und präsentieren Ergebnisse an nationalen und internationalen Konferenzen.

Sie unterstützen die Betreuung von Masterstudierenden und Praktikant/innen und wirken in der Lehre im Bereich Klinische Psychologie, Psychopathologie oder Klinische Gerontopsychologie mit.

Responsabilités

You work on an SNF-funded research project on early childhood stress, trauma, resilience, mental health, and aging processes.
You take on central quantitative project components, particularly in the longitudinal follow-up study with older survivors of coercive measures and foster placements as well as age-matched controls.
You participate in the quantitative investigation of the second generation regarding the intergenerational transmission of trauma, vulnerability, and resilience.
You prepare data collection with older study participants in German-speaking Switzerland, organize it, and carry it out.
You conduct clinical-psychological interviews, psychometric assessments, and other project-specific assessments.
You participate in biopsychological assessments of stress and resilience.
You analyze quantitative data using R, SPSS, or comparable software; depending on your profile, also with longitudinal methods, structural equation models, network analyses, or other advanced statistical methods.
You research literature on early childhood stress and trauma, clinical geropsychology, resilience, mental health in old age, and intergenerational transmission.
You write scientific publications as part of a cumulative dissertation and present results at national and international conferences.
You support the supervision of master's students and interns and participate in teaching in the field of clinical psychology, psychopathology, or clinical geropsychology.

Exigences

You have a completed master's degree in psychology or an equivalent qualification.
You aspire to an academic career and have a strong interest in clinical-psychological research.
You have a strong interest in research with older people; initial experience in this area is an advantage.
You are interested in early childhood stress, trauma, resilience, mental health in old age, and intergenerational processes.
You bring very good knowledge of quantitative research methods and statistical data analysis; experience with R, SPSS, Stata, Mplus, or comparable programs is desired.
You have a broad methodological interest, particularly in longitudinal research, biopsychological research, clinical interviews, and interfaces to qualitative project components.
You have experience in scientific writing, e.g., in the context of a master's thesis, publication, project work, or manuscript.
You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, and understand Swiss German very well; this is essential for contact with study participants.
You bring high social competence, empathy, and sensitivity in dealing with older people and with a potentially burdened study population.
You handle sensitive research data carefully, responsibly, and confidentially.
You work highly motivated, independently, efficiently, reliably, and well-organized.
You are willing to travel within German-speaking Switzerland for data collection if necessary.
