Standort: Für unseren Standort St. Gallen suchen wir einen Ergotherapeuten (m/w/d). Aufgaben Durchführung, Evaluation und Dokumentation ergotherapeutischer Behandlungen bei neurologischen und/oder pädiatrischen Patient:innen Erstellung individueller Behandlungs- und Eigentrainingspläne Anwendung sowohl klassischer Therapieansätze als auch gerätegestützter Technologien Beratung von Patient:innen und Angehörigen zu Alltagsstrategien, Selbstständigkeit und Hilfsmitteln Enge Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Team sowie Austausch mit externen Fachstellen Erstellung von Berichten für Ärzt:innen und Kostenträger Aktive Mitgestaltung von Therapieprozessen sowie Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Startups

Responsabilités

Conducting, evaluating, and documenting occupational therapy treatments for neurological and/or pediatric patients
Creating individual treatment and self-training plans
Applying both classical therapy approaches and device-assisted technologies
Advising patients and relatives on daily strategies, independence, and aids
Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary team and exchange with external specialists
Creating reports for doctors and payers
Actively shaping therapy processes and contributing to the development of our startup

Exigences

Completed training in occupational therapy (BSc or equivalent) with existing SRK recognition
At least 2 years of practical professional experience as an occupational therapist after completing training
Initial professional experience in the field of neurology and/or pediatrics
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and active participation in the team
Flexibility and openness to a dynamic work environment
High willingness to learn and motivation to develop professionally and personally
Curiosity and commitment to learn new therapy approaches and contribute own ideas
Interest in actively shaping the establishment of a modern therapy center
German and English at a professional level
