Reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include:
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Swiss statutory requirements
Responsibility for the financial accounting function, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing invoices and bank transactions
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, debtors and creditors
Review of employee expense claims and corporate credit card statements
Preparation of Swiss VAT returns and other statutory filings
Supporting the annual external audit process
Maintaining and improving accounting processes, internal controls and financial reporting procedures
Supporting Internal Control System (ICS) activities
Assisting with finance-related projects and process improvements
Providing accounting support to international group entities, including Switzerland, Italy and Austria
General finance administration as required

Exigences
↳Commercial education with a Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance & Accounting or an equivalent qualification
↳Minimum 10 years of experience in financial accounting
↳Solid knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), Swiss GAAP and IFRS
↳Experience in the construction, engineering or infrastructure sector is an advantage
↳Fluency in English; German is beneficial
↳Experience with Oracle NetSuite or a comparable ERP system is considered an asset
↳Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
↳Independent and structured working style
↳Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
↳Comfortable working in an international environment
↳Reliable, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
↳Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
