Ihre Aufgaben:

Gesamtführung der Schmid Architektur & Baumanagement AG inklusive Strategieumsetzung, Organisations- und Prozessentwicklung
Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie aktive Gestaltung einer starken Unternehmenskultur
Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und Netzwerken
Akquisition von TU- / GU- / GPL- / Architekturaufträgen sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Arbeitsvorrats
Gesamtverantwortung für Budget, Ergebnis, Reporting und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg
Aktive Mitwirkung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensgruppe
Entscheidungs- und Freigabeverantwortung für zentrale Angebote, Verträge und Projekte
Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen, Kosten, Nachhaltigkeit sowie der Einhaltung von Normen und internen Standards

Overall management of Schmid Architektur & Baumanagement AG including strategy implementation, organizational and process development
Leadership, promotion, and further development of employees as well as active shaping of a strong corporate culture
Representation of the company towards customers, partners, and networks
Acquisition of TU- / GU- / GPL- / architecture contracts as well as ensuring a stable workload
Overall responsibility for budget, results, reporting, and economic success
Active participation in the strategic further development of the corporate group
Decision-making and approval responsibility for central offers, contracts, and projects
Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, sustainability, as well as compliance with standards and internal guidelines

Technical training in construction with further education in architecture
Business understanding and ideally corresponding further education
Several years of leadership experience with a passion for employee development
Entrepreneurial, networked, and forward-thinking
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident appearance internally and externally
