Sicherung der Produktequalität

Leitung und Koordination von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP)

Planung und Durchführung interner und externer Audits

Ursachenanalyse und Einleitung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemassnahmen

Beratung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter:innen in allen qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen

Reklamationsmanagement und Steuerung von Qualitätszirkeln

Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung sowie Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des integrierten Managementsystems (IMS)

Sicherstellung der Zertifizierungen.

Planung und Begleitung der Zertifizierungsaudits

Personnel management of the areas QM, QS and hazardous substances, disposal and environment (2 employees)
Further development and strategic implementation of the quality management system according to EN ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
Ensuring product quality
Leading and coordinating continuous improvement processes (KVP)
Planning and conducting internal and external audits
Cause analysis and initiation of corrective and preventive measures
Advising and training employees on all quality-related issues
Complaint management and control of quality circles
Reporting to management and supporting and further developing the integrated management system (IMS)
Ensuring certifications
Planning and accompanying certification audits

Ideally a completed engineering degree in a technical discipline (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, process engineering) or equivalent further training
Further training in environmental management systems and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations would be an advantage, but not a must
Several years of experience in quality management in an industrial company
Knowledge of industrial manufacturing and production processes
Experience with auditing and certification processes
Safe handling of QM software and statistical programs as well as common office applications
Knowledge of quality management methods such as 8D
Structured and systematic working method with entrepreneurial thinking
Communication skills, empathy and didactic skills
