## **Your Impact** ##
Lead Swiss tax advisory and compliance engagements for a portfolio of clients
Shape client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and identifying further opportunities
Provide technical expertise on complex tax matters including structuring and transactions
Enable successful project delivery by coordinating teams and ensuring quality outcomes
Develop and mentor junior team members to strengthen team capabilities and performance
Contribute to business development activities and support the expansion of the tax practice
Responsabilités

Enable successful project delivery by coordinating teams and ensuring quality outcomes
Develop and mentor junior team members to strengthen team capabilities and performance
Contribute to business development activities and support the expansion of the tax practice
Exigences
Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification completed or equivalent certification
Strong experience in tax consulting with solid technical expertise in Swiss tax matters
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality advisory services
Experience in leading teams or managing complex project workstreams
Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking combined with a pragmatic mindset
Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; German is considered an advantage
Entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to contribute to a growing team environment
