Your role We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Demand Generation Manager who will take ownership of Urban Connect's lead generation and marketing function and scale it properly. We have existing content, white papers, testimonials, and past experience with lead generation – but no dedicated person driving it consistently. The commercial team has been growing largely through direct outreach and word of mouth. It's time to build the engine. Your mission: make sure the right people know what we do, and turn that awareness into a steady pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team. This is not a role where you inherit a playbook. You write the playbook. You own the strategy and execute it yourself – from designing the campaign to writing the LinkedIn post to standing at the trade fair booth.
