Aufgaben Sie arbeiten aktiv in unserer Forschungsgruppe mit und unterstützen den Teamleiter bei: Akquise von Forschungsprojekten, auch eigenverantwortlich Management und Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten Präsentation und Publikation von Forschungsergebnissen Fachliche Co-Betreuung von PhD Studierenden Ausschreibung und Betreuung von Bachelor- und Masterarbeiten Management der Laborinfrastruktur Zusätzlich ist mittelfristig ein Mitwirken in der Lehre durch Übernahme von Physik- oder Mathematikunterricht im Bachelor/Master-Studium vorgesehen.

Responsabilités

Actively work in our research group and support the team leader in acquiring research projects, also independently
Management and execution of research projects
Presentation and publication of research results
Co-supervision of PhD students
Announcement and supervision of Bachelor's and Master's theses
Management of laboratory infrastructure
Participation in teaching by taking over physics or mathematics classes in the Bachelor's/Master's program is planned in the medium term

Exigences

You have a doctorate in materials science, physics, chemistry, electrical engineering or related fields and have several years of experience in applied research in novel semiconductors, evidenced by publication activities and project acquisition
Ideally, you bring complementary expertise to our team, which is involved in the optoelectronic characterization and modeling of perovskite solar cells
Your previous research activities should fit in there and could thematically include: Atomic force microscopy including electrical modes (cAFM, KPFM); Chemistry of novel semiconductor materials; Structure and surface analysis of materials with electron microscopy or complementary and novel simulation methods
In addition to enthusiasm for research, you are characterized by high social competence and teamwork skills
You have a strong interest in participating in teaching
You have very good English skills and ideally also German skills
Experience in project acquisition and a passion for writing project proposals are essential
Ideally, you have a network in the European research landscape and/or have very good contacts with regional companies that are eligible for joint innovation projects in the field of novel semiconductors
