Deine Aufgaben
Du nimmst unsere Patientinnen und Patienten in Empfang.
Du organisierst und koordinierst die gynäkologischen, geburtshilflichen sowie Spezial-Sprechstunden.
Du erledigst die Sprechstundenadministration.
Du bist die Ansprechperson für Patienten, zuweisende Ärztinnen und Ärzte sowie interne Abteilungen.
Responsabilités
You welcome our patients.
You organize and coordinate gynecological, obstetric, and specialized consultations.
You handle consultation administration.
You are the contact person for patients, referring doctors, and internal departments.
Exigences
You have completed training as an MPA.
You preferably have experience in the field of gynecology and obstetrics.
You have a flair for administrative processes, good organizational skills, and enjoy working independently.
You are empathetic, friendly, and a team player who interacts with patients in a professional manner.
You have very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
You are proficient in using MS Office.
