Description
## Your tasks ##
Develop and optimize zero-excess (anode-free) lithium metal sulfide-based all-solid-state batteries ASSBs for high-energy-density and safe applications
Design and investigate current collector and interface engineering strategies, including thin-film surface modifications and protective interlayers to improve lithium plating/stripping reversibility
Develop and optimize wet-slurry processing routes for the fabrication of sulfide-based composite cathodes and the manufacturing of multilayer pouch-cell ASSBs
Perform comprehensive electrochemical characterization, including cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic cycling, EIS, critical current density and Coulombic efficiency measurements
Publish research findings in high-impact peer-reviewed journals
Present results at international conferences and project meetings within the framework of collaborative industrial and academic research projects
