Exigences
A minimum basic understanding of P&C processes and the co-worker lifecycle
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Teamplayer, close collaboration and alignment needed in the extended project team
High learning ability, curious and open-minded towards change
Digital mindset with at least a basic understanding of Service Delivery and Process Governance
Understanding of Job Architecture principles, governance and impact across Talent, Compensation & Recruitment (advantage)
Project and Change Management with strong planning and prioritization skills
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, both individual and in collaboration
