Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead medium to high complexity projects from concept through implementation and launch
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve project objectives
Monitor project scope, quality, costs, risks, and overall performance
Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership and customers
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective action plans
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget
Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across project teams
Responsabilités

Exigences
Minimum Bachelor-s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
2-3+ years of experience managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage
Proven ability to successfully lead multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact at all organizational levels
Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
