Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsfälle in der Finanzbuchhaltung
Durchführung und Überwachung des Mahnwesens
Sicherstellung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
Mitarbeit bei MWST-Abrechnungen
Abstimmung der Haupt- und Nebenbücher
Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System
Responsabilités
Posting of all business transactions in financial accounting
Conducting and monitoring dunning processes
Ensuring and executing payment transactions
Assisting with VAT settlements
Reconciling main and subsidiary ledgers
Maintaining master data in the ERP system
Exigences
Commercial basic training and further education in finance and accounting (or similar training)
Solid several years of professional experience in accounting/finance; preferably in an industrial company
Proficient in using an ERP system
Affinity for key figures in the industrial environment
Independent, self-reliant, and structured working style
Networked and cross-departmental thinking
