01Ensure maximum uptime of semiconductor production tools through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of diffusion equipment
02Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance, applying workplace safety and efficiency practices aligned with 6S methodology
03Collaborate closely with other maintenance, process, and production teams to achieve performance goals and optimize line efficiency
04Participate in tool upgrades and modernization projects to enhance tool capability and reliability
05Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of maintenance activities, equipment status, and system performance
06Support root-cause analysis and problem resolution for technical issues within the team
07Train and mentor colleagues in the areas of diffusion, safety, and best maintenance practices
08Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, procedures and documentations
Exigences
↳Hands-on experience in maintenance of semiconductor production tools
↳Solid understanding of electronics, mechanics and pneumatics
↳Experience with diffusion systems (e.g. ASM, centrotherm ovens)
↳Familiarity with metrology tools for process control (e.g., Surfscan, Semilab WT-2000)
↳Additional training or expertise in vacuum systems or related technologies
↳Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Automation Technician, Electronics Technician, or similar field)
↳Willingness to work in shifts is a must
↳Strong team player with problem-solving mentality, organizational skills, and proficiency in English (German is a plus)
