Responsabilités
Design and implementation of Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid architectures
Planning and execution of email migrations to Microsoft 365 (Cutover, Staged, Hybrid, Cross-Tenant and other migration scenarios)
Use of Microsoft migration tools as well as leading third-party tools
End-to-end responsibility for Exchange migration projects – from analysis and conception to implementation and stabilization
Analysis and resolution of complex migration, mail flow, authentication, and coexistence scenarios
Advising our customers on best practices for messaging modernization and cloud transformation
Close collaboration with identity specialists to ensure smooth integration between on-premises and cloud environments
Ensuring successful project implementation with minimal impact on ongoing business operations
Participation in related Microsoft 365 areas such as Identity (Entra ID), data migration, Teams telephony, or client management, making your workday varied and allowing you to further expand your expertise
Exigences
Several years of experience with Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and Exchange Online)
Practical experience with Exchange Hybrid environments and migration projects
Proven experience in implementing Microsoft 365 migration projects
Experience with migration methods and tools, both with Microsoft native solutions and third-party products
Good understanding of identity services and dependencies, especially Entra ID as well as directory and synchronization concepts
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Customer-oriented mindset and a structured and independent way of working
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
