Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen in der Bern/Solothurn suchen wir einen erfahrenen und engagierten Senior System Engineer , der seine fundierten Fachkenntnisse gezielt einbringt, Verantwortung übernimmt und die IT-Infrastruktur aktiv sowie nachhaltig weiterentwickelt. In dieser vielseitigen Position wirken Sie massgeblich am stabilen Betrieb, an der Optimierung bestehender Systeme sowie an zukunftsorientierten IT-Projekten mit.

Responsabilités

Overall responsibility for planning, implementation, operation and further development of modern IT systems and infrastructures
Ensuring high availability, performance and security of the system landscape
Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex disruptions in 2nd and 3rd level support
Technical leadership and active participation in demanding IT projects (e.g. migrations, system modernizations, automation)
Development and maintenance of technical concepts, documentation and operational processes
Professional support and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

Exigences

Completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH or comparable)
Several years of professional experience as a system engineer, ideally in a senior role
Very good knowledge of relevant technologies such as Windows, virtualization, network, cloud and storage solutions
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, backup and security solutions is an advantage
Independent, structured and responsible working style with a high solution orientation
Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
