Description

Du übernimmst die gestalterische Verantwortung für Webprojekte – von Corporate Websites über Landingpages bis zu Webapplikationen und SaaS-Interfaces. Du führst deine Projekte eigenständig durch den gesamten Zyklus: strategische Ausrichtung, Persona-Entwicklung, Moodboards, Wireframing, Prototyping in Figma, finales Design, Begleitung bis Content-Befüllung und Go-Live. Du arbeitest mit Designsystemen (z.B. ShadCN) und gestaltest passgenau auf den jeweiligen Kunden zugeschnitten – mit klarem Fokus auf Accessibility. Du sprichst direkt mit Kunden: Anforderungen klären, Entwürfe präsentieren, Feedback einholen, Statusupdates geben. Kein PM dazwischen. Du denkst Animationen, Transitions und Micro-Interactions von Anfang an mit. Design ist für dich nie statisch. Du nutzt KI-Tools täglich und produktiv: für UX-Writing, Ideation, schnelle Prototypen, Animationstests über Claude Code, Figma via MCP, Attention Heatmaps. Du probierst aus, statt zu warten – und wenn du nebenbei gerne mal was zusammenvibecodest, umso besser. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwicklern zusammen und verstehst, wie deine Designs technisch umgesetzt werden. Du unterstützt bei der Asset-Aufbereitung, Bildbearbeitung und der Erstellung visueller Angebotspräsentationen in Figma Slides sowie bei E-Mail- und Marketing-Automation-Kampagnen.

Responsabilités

You take on the design responsibility for web projects - from corporate websites to landing pages and web applications.
You independently carry out your projects through the entire cycle: strategic orientation, persona development, mood boards, wireframing, prototyping in Figma, final design, support until content filling and go-live.
You work with design systems (e.g. ShadCN) and tailor designs to the respective customer - with a clear focus on accessibility.
You speak directly with customers: clarify requirements, present designs, gather feedback, provide status updates.
You think about animations, transitions, and micro-interactions from the very beginning.
You use AI tools daily and productively: for UX writing, ideation, quick prototypes, animation tests via Claude Code, Figma via MCP, attention heatmaps.
You experiment instead of waiting - and if you like to code something together on the side, even better.
You work closely with our developers and understand how your designs are technically implemented.
You assist in asset preparation, image editing, and creating visual proposal presentations in Figma Slides as well as in email and marketing automation campaigns.

Exigences

At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
A degree or lateral entry is irrelevant - what matters is your skill.
You can show real projects you were significantly involved in.
No teamwork where you were a small cog - we want to see what you really did.
Figma at a professional level: design systems, component libraries, prototyping.
Ideally, you have already worked with ShadCN or comparable systems.
Experience with interactive design: animations, transitions, micro-interactions.
Real affinity for AI.
You use AI tools in everyday life, enjoy trying out new ones, and see them as amplifiers of your work.
Bonus if you have already worked with Claude, Claude Code, Figma MCP, or comparable setups.
You work independently, proactively approach customers, and communicate clearly and reliably.
You understand that good design always has a technical aspect.
Accessibility awareness (WCAG standards) is a matter of course for you.
Fluent in German (C1/C2), English is a plus.
