Herstellung von Medizinprodukten unter Einhaltung der cGMP-Richtlinien inklusive GMP-konformer Dokumentation
Durchführung von Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und einfachen Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Produktionsanlagen
Mitarbeit in Entwicklungsprojekten sowie aktive Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung von Produktionsequipment und bei Prozessvalidierungen
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Pflege von SOPs sowie Herstelldokumentationen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Bulkproduktion und Qualifizierung
Responsabilités
Conducting process and knowledge transfers into pilot production
Manufacturing medical products in compliance with cGMP guidelines including GMP-compliant documentation
Performing cleaning, maintenance, and simple repair work on production equipment
Participating in development projects and actively implementing process optimizations
Supporting the qualification of production equipment and process validations
Assisting in the creation, revision, and maintenance of SOPs and manufacturing documentation
Close collaboration with the areas of development, bulk production, and qualification
Exigences
Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician (ideally with a production-oriented focus), chemical operator, or specialist from the food sector
Experience in a regulated GMP environment, preferably in a cleanroom (ISO 7), as well as knowledge of GMP-compliant documentation is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
Team player with high initiative and conscientious work style
A high degree of reliability and helpfulness characterizes you
