Aufgaben

Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patienten, Patientinnen und Bewohnenden
Sicherstellung des Pflegeprozesses
Erstellung, Anpassung und Auswertung der Pflegedokumentation
Korrekte Erfassung der Leistungsdaten
Integriertes 6 monatiges Fremdpraktikum auf der Abteilung für Akut-und Übergangspflege
Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Spitälern und anderen Fachstellen

Ausbildungsdauer: 3 Jahre (verkürztes HF-Studium von 2 Jahren möglich bei Lehrabschluss als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ) oder 3 bis 4 Jahre im berufsbegleitenden Bildungsgang Eigenes Lern-Transfer-Training (LTT), inkl. regelmässigem Austausch mit den HF-Studierenden aus den Kooperationsbetrieben

Responsabilités

Creation, adjustment, and evaluation of care documentation
Correct recording of performance data
Integrated 6-month external internship in the department for acute and transitional care
Collaboration with relatives, doctors, hospitals, and other specialists

Exigences

Completed training as a health professional EFZ, Matura or equivalent
Good German language skills in spoken and written (at least level C1)
Empathy and high social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives
Practical understanding, a pronounced sense of responsibility, and an independent working style
Active and situation-appropriate relationship and communication skills
Resilient, sociable, and humorous personality with good observational skills
Enjoyment of working for and with people
Willingness to further develop professional knowledge and make an important contribution to the success of our health center
Attended information event on the nursing HF program at a higher vocational school ZAG or Careum and/or registered

Mit über 200 Betten wird das stationäre Angebot der allgemeinen Langzeitpflege am Standort Dielsdorf durch spezialisierte Behandlungspfade für rehabilitative Akut- und Übergangspflege, Palliative Care, psychiatrische Geriatrie und den Schwerpunkt Demenz ergänzt.
