0301Estimate the effort required for manual and automated testing and align estimates with business stakeholders
02Create and maintain test cases based on business requirements and user stories
03Prepare and manage test data for functional and non-functional testing
04Execute manual tests and document test results and defects
05Analyze, track and document defects in close collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders
06Analyze test coverage and identify opportunities for improvement
07Support the selection and preparation of test cases for test automation
08Assess risks and prioritize testing activities accordingly
09Prepare test reports covering test progress, quality and risks
10Support and advise business departments on testing activities and testing methodologies
Exigences
↳Proven experience in software testing, including test analysis, test design, test execution and defect management
↳ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Analyst (CTAL-TA)
↳Basic knowledge of or initial experience with test automation, ideally using Tosca, is an advantage
↳Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira or ALM
↳Strong analytical, structured and quality-focused mindset
↳High level of accountability and ability to work independently in a remote/offsite environment
↳Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders
↳Fluent English, both written and spoken; German is an advantage
