Responsabilités

Review and propose improvement to current design and documentation of the end-to-end TPRM framework (standards, procedures, risk, policy)
Review existing risk-tieing of the vendor inventory for all material third parties
Complete due diligence processes and coordinate risk and outsourcing assessment
Develop and execute the supplier action plan
Support tool configuration
Create KPI dashboard and BoD reporting template
Analyse contract and SLA gap
Coordinate with Legal on remediation requirements

Exigences

Bachelor in IT
At least 5 years experience in a similar position
Experience designing and deploying an Outsourcing/TPRM
Experience with stakeholders
Good knowledge in FINMA outsourcing requirements (Circular 2023/1, Banking Act Art.11), data protection legislation and CSSF DORA legislation
Good knowledge in Power BI and advance Excel
French AND English fluent
