## Your Purpose ## The Shore Excursions Fleet Supervisor oversees all aspects of Shore Excursions on board MSC Fleet and Is responsible and accountable for driving sales through the effective coaching of the Shore Excursions teams in areas such as profit growth, expense control, product training, staff development and customer service. The goal is to ensure compliance with corporate standards, enhance operational excellence, maximize revenue performance, and improve customer satisfaction scores.
