Description

Der/die Verantwortliche für Regulatory Affairs sorgt in einem sich ständig wandelnden und zunehmend anspruchsvollen regulatorischen Umfeld dafür, dass die FKB die sich daraus ergebenden Verpflichtungen antizipiert, analysiert und erfolgreich umsetzt. Er/sie ist in der Lage, strategische regulatorische Herausforderungen zu steuern, bereichsübergreifende Projekte zu koordinieren und die Generaldirektion bei der Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle regulatorischen Belange trägt er/sie aktiv dazu bei, die Compliance, die Robustheit und die Kontinuität unserer Geschäftstätigkeiten langfristig und nachhaltig zu gewährleisten.

Responsabilités

Early detection of regulatory developments and assessment of their strategic, financial, and operational impacts on the bank.
Management of cross-functional projects related to regulatory processes and coordination of their implementation within the bank.
Coordination of regulatory stress tests and ensuring their integration into the bank's risk management.
Support and coordination of the dialogue and representation of the bank with regulatory authorities (FINMA, external auditors), external consultants, and professional associations.
Development and updating of internal policies, strategies, and regulatory processes in close collaboration with the finance, legal, compliance, risk management departments, and the general management.
Preparation of analyses, reports, and proposals for the general management and the board of directors on regulatory issues.

Exigences

University degree (preferably in law and/or political science) or equivalent education.
Excellent knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework applicable to banks and its practical implementation.
Proven experience in a similar position in the Swiss financial sector or in consulting is an advantage.
Experience in leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational talent, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
High social competence and the ability to interact effectively with authorities, external partners, and executives.
Very good knowledge of French and German, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
