You will work side by side with our Chief of Staff, our recruiter, and the founders, with real ownership from week one. Close enough to see how decisions actually get made at a company at this stage, and to be part of making them. And you will learn HR and Talent at the point where it is being rebuilt. AI is not a side topic here; it is what we build. You will use it daily in how we source, hire, and onboard, and you will learn what people operations looks like when it is designed around AI from the start. Nobody expects you to walk in knowing it all – just bring curiosity and enthusiasm for figuring things out along the way.
