**Your crew**
You-ll be part of the energetic sales team based in our Nyon office. Your role will be key in leading sales strategy per customer account for the Slip Rings Business Unit. You will be accountable for growing the existing client-s portfolio and for expanding our footprint with new international clients. You will be the single client point of contact representing Beyond Gravity, the leader in the slip rings market, having the responsibility to sell advanced cutting-edge products and creating value for our Defense & Space customers. This diverse team in Nyon is composed of highly skilled engineers and technicians from various backgrounds and nationalities, each bringing their unique perspective to the table. As an **Account Manager Sales**, you are a key point of contact for our customers and play a central role in growing the Beyond Gravity Slip Rings business. You will build strong, long-term customer relationships, drive sales opportunities and actively develop new business in international markets.
**Your Mission**
* Own and develop relationships with assigned customers, acting as a trusted commercial and technical partner and representing Beyond Gravity Slip Rings with confidence.
* Drive sales growth by actively managing customer accounts, identifying opportunities and converting them into sustainable business.
* Proactively develop new customers and markets, opening new doors and creating opportunities for future growth.
* Understand customer needs and work closely with our engineering and commercial teams to develop compelling technical and commercial solutions.
* Monitor market developments, emerging technologies, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strengthen our market position.
* Lead and coordinate customer bids and proposals, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and our offers are competitive, customer-focused and commercially attractive.
* Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable forecasts by customer, opportunity and program using CRM tools.
* Represent Beyond Gravity at customer meetings, industry events and business development activities, building visibility and strengthening our position in the market.
**Your Story**
* BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
* 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development or a customer-facing technical role.
* Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
* A proven track record of developing customers, creating new business opportunities and successfully opening new accounts.
* Experience in Defense & Space, aerospace or another high-end, technology-driven industry is highly desirable.
* Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate complex customer requirements into effective technical and commercial solutions.
* A customer-focused, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to take ownership, create opportunities and turn relationships into business.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at different levels.
* Comfortable working in an international environment and engaging with customers and stakeholders across different cultures and regions.
* Experience with CRM systems and a structured approach to pipeline and opportunity management is a plus.
