### Ihre Aufgaben ###

Selbstständige Führung der Klientenbuchhaltung in der Fallführungssoftware Socialoffice inkl. Budgetkontrolle bei Personen mit Einkommen
Auszahlung und Verbuchung wirtschaftlicher Sozialhilfe und Asylsozialhilfe
Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Aufbereitung von Statistiken und Reportings
Erstellung und Kontrolle von (Quartals-)Abrechnungen gegenüber Gemeinden und Kanton
Führung der Kasse
Rechnungskontrolle und Gesundheitskostenabwicklung
Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards- und Kontrollinstrumenten

Responsibilities

Independent management of client accounting in the case management software Socialoffice including budget control for individuals with income
Payment and accounting of economic social assistance and asylum social assistance
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as preparation of statistics and reports
Preparation and control of (quarterly) billing to municipalities and the canton
Cash management
Invoice control and health cost processing
Participation in the further development of processes, standards, and control instruments

Requirements

Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in accounting or finance
Professional experience in managing accounting, preferably in the field of social assistance
Very good PC user skills, especially in Office programs
Fluent German, both spoken and written
Accurate, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Efficient and independent work organization
