The role
0301Fundamentally rethink and redesign processes end-to-end, leveraging AI/ML and data as enablers — going well beyond requirements gathering to owning the full solution design;
02Develop solution designs that challenge existing ways of working, identifying where AI can eliminate manual effort, improve decision-making, or unlock new capabilities;
03Collaborate with stakeholders to document current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and translate the target-state vision into user stories and functional deliverables;
04Facilitate ideation and scoping workshops to prioritize new AI and data use cases for the Enterprise Data & Solutions (ED&S) platform and across platforms;
05Define and present conceptual approaches and solution options, driving stakeholder decision-making;
06Prepare training materials and lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new tools and solutions;
07Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for AI/ML solutions, acting as the bridge between business and technology teams;
08Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of AI tools and data-driven platforms; build and test prototypes to validate the technical and business feasibility of envisioned solution designs before committing to full delivery;
09Prepare test cases, execute user acceptance tests, and obtain sign-off from business stakeholders;
10Stay current with generative AI and ML developments and proactively identify opportunities to apply them within the firm;
11Act as product owner for AI/data solutions, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring delivered increments meet business objectives;
12Manage the end-to-end delivery process in close collaboration with AI/ML engineers and data specialists — organizing sprints, tracking progress, removing blockers, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
