The IMSC Data Operations & Orchestration team delivers trusted data to enable the launch & supply of products to our customers. The key accountabilities include governance and maintenance of the Master Data Operations Framework, delivering a regulated and compliant data environment as well as improvement of the supply chain and supply chain strategies.
Main responsibilities:
* Day-to-day master data management operations
* Responsibility for the timely, efficient and accurate coordination, creation and maintenance of various master data elements (e.g. Material Master, BOM/Recipes, Production Versions, etc.) in SAP/ECC directly or through automated workflow systems
* Execution of impact analyses or feasibility studies of change requests so that material planning, production, release, finance or other processes can proceed optimally
* Execution of data operations and data quality processes (e.g. coordination of testing, error handling, data conversion, validation and audit/compliance actions)
* Collaboration on the preparation of metrics, dashboards, and tracking
* Engagement with partners on tactical matters
* Participation in, and sometimes lead, operational and governance meetings including end-to-end, value capture, and third-party reviews
* Collaboration to create and maintain documentation for area of responsibility
* Support in the deployment of the Data Management Framework

Qualifikationen
Who we are looking for:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of relevant professional business experience is required
* Strong experience, preferably within the health care or FMCG industry
* Experience in data processing systems (e.g. SAP required, OMP+ preferred), procedures & tools for processing and managing Master Data as well as GxP requirements
* Basic Business or technical knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain data elements, process, and organizational support models
* Knowledge in the use of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
* German and English fluently required
* Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives within timelines, in a matrix environment where priorities can change rapidly
